Ben Chambers is the founder and driving force behind SixthMan Consulting, bringing over 20 years of executive and operational leadership experience across diverse industries including aviation, mining, IT services, recycling, franchising, IT and business consulting.

Throughout his career, Ben has built a reputation as a calm, clear, and outcomes-driven leader—someone who thrives in complexity and brings simplicity to scale. From navigating high-compliance environments to leading digital transformation and process reengineering across multi-site businesses, Ben’s ability to align strategy, systems, and people has consistently unlocked growth and operational clarity.

Haley brings a decade of experience translating complex challenges into meaningful, human-centred outcomes—now channelled into designing and facilitating gatherings that matter as a Chief of Community and Culture.

Her career spans global strategy consulting at Deloitte and PwC, technical data roles, and diverse industry client work from health sciences to defence.

Known for her infectious energy, she creates space where participants feel seen and heard, yet challenged to think differently. Whether leading a two-hour strategy session or a multi-day team event, she brings the same ethos: people do their best thinking when they're engaged, not just present. 

 Brad Jeffery brings deep experience in executive coaching, strategic change, leadership mentoring, and organisational transformation, helping CEOs, founders, and leadership teams connect strategy with the behaviours, culture, and cadence needed to make it stick.

Across his career, Brad has worked with businesses, franchises, churches, boards, and purpose-led organisations to strengthen leadership capability, navigate change, and build healthier, more accountable teams. 

His background spans organisational transformation, franchise capability, leadership development, executive coaching, and culture change, giving him a grounded understanding of what it takes to move people, not just plans.
